How Can Kansas Gas Service Help?

  • Establish Natural Gas Service

    You’re ready to receive natural gas at your site and need to request a service line

    1. Log in to the Builders Hub here and choose “new request.”  
    2. Fill out the new request form and press submit.  
    3. One of our representatives will contact you to walk you through the process.  

    If you don’t have access to the Builders Hub, register for an account here. You’ll need an email address and business tax ID number to complete the registration. If you have any questions, please contact Builder Services at 833-413-0254 and we’ll be happy to help you.

     

  • Request a New Natural Gas Meter

    Your Service line has been installed and you're ready to receive your natural gas meter.

    1. Log in to the Builders Hub here and click on “Request List” to pull up your current list of cases.
    2. Find the project address where you would like to add a natural gas meter and click on the “Meter Set” button next to your project address in your case list. 
    3. If you don’t see your project address listed in your case list, then you’ll need to fill out the new request form.

  • Relocate a Natural Gas Meter

    You need to move a natural gas meter on your site.

    If you need to relocate a natural gas meter, please contact Builder Services at 833-413-0254 (between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CT) and we’ll be happy to help you.  

  • Relocate a Service or Main Line

    You want to move a service or main line on your site.

    If you need to relocate your service or main line, please contact Builder Services at 833-413-0254 (between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CT) and we’ll be happy to help you.  

  • Re-Establish Natural Gas Service

    You need to turn natural gas back on at your site that previously had service.

    If you need to re-establish natural gas service at your site that previously had service, please call Builder Services at 833-413-0254 and we'll be happy to help you.   

  • Discontinue a Natural Gas Service Line

    To discontinue a natural gas service line at your site, fill out the service line retirement form.

  • Elevated Pressure Request (EPR) and/or Increased Load

    This form is required to increase load and/or pressure. If you are requesting a delivery pressure of 14" w.c. or greater, please be sure to complete the Elevated Pressure and/or Increase Load Form.

    1. Log in to the Builders Hub here and choose “new request.”  
    2. Fill out the new request form and add the pressure needed for your site. If you’re requesting 14" w.c. or greater, be sure to complete the Elevated Pressure and/or Increased Load Form and press submit.
